More connection, less distraction.
ABOUT US
Adho Mukha Svanasana is more to us than a tongue-twister from yoga class; it's the symbol of movement. And let’s be real: with young kids, your life is never standing still.
In Sanskrit, Mukha simply means 'face' or 'facing toward'. For us, that translates to: genuinely taking a moment to look at each other. Not at your to-do list, not at the pile of laundry, and definitely not at that screen in your hand. A place where every emotion, from uncontrollable giggles to the inevitable toddler meltdown, is completely welcome.

About our workshops
In our workshops, it’s about undivided attention. We create a space where you leave distractions at the door, so you and your child can truly see each other again. Less distraction, more connection.
We have curated a series of workshops and mini retreats for you to enjoy together. On our schedule you can find an overview of all workshops. A wonderful way to spend quality time together.
